In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the khi777 website accessible at khi777.pro, including all sub-pages, services, gaming products, and betting facilities made available thereon.
• "khi777", "we", "us", "our" means the operator of the khi777 Platform, a company incorporated and licensed under an internationally recognised gaming regulatory framework.
• "User", "you", "your" means any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the Platform, associated with a unique username, Pakistani mobile number, and PKR wallet.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a User's Account, representing funds deposited and winnings credited.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, or other incentive amounts credited to a User's Account pursuant to a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of real-money bets a User must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by khi777 before a User may withdraw funds from their Account.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any person located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law, or any person previously excluded or self-excluded from the Platform.

By accessing the khi777 Platform, creating an Account, placing any bet or wager, or using any service provided through khi777.pro, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms applicable to specific products or promotional offers published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting khi777 customer support.

khi777 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes.

Access to and use of the khi777 Platform is restricted to persons who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of their Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. khi777 does not permit gaming by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal persons are not permitted to hold a khi777 Account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name as it appears on your Pakistani CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address.
• You must not be subject to any legal or regulatory prohibition on online gaming in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of khi777 or any of its affiliated entities or platform providers.
• You must not be a previously excluded or self-excluded user who has been barred from the Platform by khi777 or by the User themselves through the self-exclusion mechanism.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate and that you satisfy all eligibility requirements stated above. khi777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photographic identification and proof of address issued within the last three months.

Each User is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) khi777 Account. The maintenance of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. khi777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

• You must notify khi777 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• khi777 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account for additional security.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your Pakistani mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times.
• Account transfers, sales, or gifts to any third party are strictly prohibited.

khi777 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including requesting additional identity documentation, source of funds evidence, or other verification materials. Failure to cooperate with such requests within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

All financial transactions on the khi777 Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). khi777 does not charge conversion fees on PKR transactions. The following payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — instant deposit processing; withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval.
• EasyPaisa — instant deposit processing; withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval.
• HBL Bank Transfer — deposit credited within 15–30 minutes; withdrawals processed within 1–3 business days.
• UBL Bank Transfer — deposit credited within 15–30 minutes; withdrawals processed within 1–3 business days.
• Meezan Bank Transfer — deposit credited within 20–30 minutes; withdrawals processed within 1–3 business days.

Minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank transfers. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are stated in your Account dashboard and may vary based on your verification tier.

KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request will be processed. khi777 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence where circumstances require. Fraudulent deposits, chargebacks, or payment reversals will result in immediate Account suspension and referral to appropriate authorities.

khi777 offers various promotional offers and bonuses to eligible Account holders from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into and form part of these Terms and Conditions. The following general bonus terms apply to all khi777 promotional offers unless otherwise expressly stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible verified Account holders only. khi777 reserves the right to exclude any Account from any promotional offer at its discretion.
• Each promotional offer is limited to one claim per person, per household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each offer page.
• Bonus Funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific offer terms. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.

• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including through multiple accounts, collusion, or use of automated tools — will result in cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and potential permanent Account closure.

All games available on the khi777 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing conducted by professional dealers under surveillance. Game outcomes are not influenced by khi777 or any third party beyond the certified mechanics of each game.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate representations of the theoretical long-term return of each game as certified by the relevant testing laboratory. khi777 does not modify RTP settings beyond those set by the game developer and approved by the applicable regulatory authority.

• In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, khi777's system logs the state of the game at the point of disconnection. Where technically possible, the game round will be completed and the result applied to your Account in accordance with the recorded game state.
• Any malfunction of gaming software or hardware that affects the validity of a game round will void that round and all associated bets will be refunded to your PKR Wallet.
• khi777 reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed on incorrect odds published due to a technical error.
• Cricket and sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result recognised by the relevant governing body at the time of settlement.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khi777 Platform. Engagement in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or otherwise interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your Account.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the khi777 Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploit must be reported to khi777 support immediately.
• Creating or using a khi777 Account for the benefit of any third party, including professional gambling syndicates.
• Publishing, reproducing, or commercially exploiting any content from the khi777 Platform without express written authorisation.

All content on the khi777 Platform — including but not limited to the khi777 brand name, logo, graphic design, software, text, images, video streams, game content, and structural layout — is the intellectual property of khi777 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal, non-commercial gaming in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Platform content without the prior written consent of khi777.

Game content provided by third-party software providers — including but not limited to slot games, live casino streams, and table game software — remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to khi777 for display on the Platform. Your use of such content is governed by these Terms and the applicable provider's end-user terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, khi777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical malfunction, or internet connectivity failure.
• Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information published on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain secure login credentials.
• Any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

khi777's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User into their PKR Wallet in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

khi777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by incorporation. By registering a khi777 Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected includes — but is not limited to — your full name, Pakistani CNIC number, mobile number, email address, residential address, payment method details, device information, IP address, and gameplay activity. This data is used for the purposes of account management, payment processing, regulatory compliance, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.

khi777 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and licensed KYC service providers solely to the extent required for operational and compliance purposes. • Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account at any time through your Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers: khi777 provides session duration alerts to help you monitor the time spent on the Platform during any single gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the khi777 Platform at any time by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

khi777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Engagement in or reasonable suspicion of prohibited activities, including fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• A regulatory direction or requirement to close the Account.
• Reasonable belief that the Account is being used by or on behalf of a Prohibited Person.

Upon termination of an Account for a breach of these Terms, khi777 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining PKR Wallet balance and Bonus Funds. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach — including at the User's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the User via the payment method originally used to deposit, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification.

You may close your khi777 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the date of closure.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which khi777 holds its gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and applicable local laws in the User's jurisdiction of residence, the User is responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with local law.

khi777 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are legal or available in all jurisdictions. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at the User's own risk and contrary to these Terms.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process set out in Section 15 below shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral institution specified by khi777's licensing authority, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

khi777 operates a formal complaints and dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint relating to any aspect of the khi777 Platform, game outcome, payment, or Account decision, you should follow the steps below:

• Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your complaint with the khi777 customer support team via live chat or email. The support team is available 24/7 on Pakistan Standard Time and will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours.
• Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint is not resolved at the initial support stage, you may escalate it to a formal written complaint addressed to the khi777 compliance team. A written response will be provided within 5 business days.
• Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If your complaint remains unresolved following the internal process, you may escalate the matter to khi777's licensing regulatory authority in accordance with their published complaints procedure.
